The name of our firm “PROrealty” is derived from the words “Professional” and “Realty”. “Professional” as this sets the business parameters upon which our company operates and “Realty” as this defines our area of industry practice. “PROrealty” then reflects a Professional organization committed to exceeding the expectations of our clients, our staff, our Associates and our Partners.The culture within PROrealty is that of-  " Perfection is our goal, Excellence can be tolerated ".

I founded PROrealty in response to the convergence of perceived market and industry needs; The tumultuous market conditions demanding innovation and service excellence– and experienced Realtors®, seeking proven executive business leadership, a professional and collaborative work environment, the flexibility of virtual offices and low fees. PROrealty is becoming the recognized leader in the fulfillment of these needs.

The premise then for PROrealty, is that commitment to deliver exceptional customer experience through an outstanding team sharing our values of accountability, integrity, loyalty, teamwork, service orientation and ethical behavior. As to our founder,

Born in Alberta, Brian has been a resident of St. Albert/Edmonton since 1976. A licensed, practicing Broker and Realtor (R), Brian graduated from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer by trade. His diverse Executive background spans both the Public and Private sectors. A recognized futurist and industry leader, Brian has chaired many Industry, Academia and Government Boards and is called upon as a frequent guest speaker, appearing multiple times on television, radio and in print media. A third degree black belt in ITF Taekwondo, Brian Napier also holds a Masters in Business degree, and is a  licensed marriage commissioner  and licenced Commissioner for Oaths within the Province of Alberta.
