PROlist gives you the national exposure of the MLS® System, supported by the PROrealty brand, with the freedom to choose how you want to sell your home. You get a complete home and market evaluation by a licensed REALTOR®, feature sheets and guidance from a licensed real estate associate, with many options including installation of a lock box, promotion and photographs.

For those who desire the professional services of a Realtor or simply a bit more help, PROrealty offers PROagent, a full service option to provide you with all of the PROfessional services you are familiar with – and a little more. We provide many additional services in addition to all of the PROlist features, including the aggressive promotion of your property, addressing of market fluctuations, management of showings, management of negotiations and management of associated paperwork, all whilst protecting your best interests.

3 Limited Agency If you do not wish to have a full service agency relationship but still want to work with an industry member, be aware that the brokerage is not your agent and does not owe you agency duties. The duties of an agency relationship are extensive including the fiduciary duties of Loyalty, Obedience, Confidentiality, Reasonable care and skill, Full disclosure and Full accounting.
