The estimated annual return, calculated based on an average occupancy of 76%, is estimated at 6.63% for all homes in the rental pool.

The owner, within their stay of 8 weeks, will be able to enjoy all the hotel services with a 20% discount off the published price. The Operator will be responsible for all tasks to advertise and operate the accommodations as part of the hotel and will register the totality of the incomes coming from the paid rate of accommodations as a whole, of all the adhered properties of the Rental Pool.
