The Fives is managed by world renowned hotelier Karisma.  Karisma will also be responsible for management of all homes in the rental pool maximizing rental returns.  Owners have the option of entering their home in the rental pool program for either 52 weeks per year or 44 weeks per year and enjoy 8 weeks of free usage with no blackout dates.

The estimated annual return, calculated based on an average occupancy of 76%, is estimated at 6.63% for all homes in the rental pool.
 

The owner, within their stay of 8 weeks, will be able to enjoy all the hotel services with a 20% discount off the published price.  The Operator will be responsible for all tasks to advertise and operate the accommodations as part of the hotel and will register the totality of the incomes coming from the paid rate of accommodations as a whole, of all the adhered properties of the Rental Pool.
